Christine’s classes are thoughtfully planned and flow so well. I feel stretched and strengthened after each one. There is tremendous variety and I enjoy the use of the different props - weights, bands, roller and the squishy ball! Her instructions and tips are clear and easy to understand. She is enthusiastic and motivating. Her classes are a welcome relief during this pandemic!
