About Christine

Christine is a certified Pilates instructor. She has been teaching Pilates since 2015. After having children, Christine decided to leave the corporate world for better work life balance and to pursue her passion for health and fitness.

Christine completed her Pilates mat certification and also holds reformer qualifications. Christine enjoys learning and has completed various continuing education courses with University of Western Ontario Activity and Aging program, Body Harmonics and Pilates Method Alliance.

  • Classes range from Beginner to Advanced Level
  • Choose to do the live class or recorded version at your leisure. Recorded classes are available for replay for the month.

Live Monthly Classes - October

Sign up for October and get access to all Pilates classes. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with the Zoom links 24 hours before the first class of the month.

Live Online Class Schedule

Monday

9:30 am – 10:30 am EST

Foam Roller & Small Squishy Ball

Feel energized from head to toe in this dynamic Pilates class. Lengthen and strengthen your muscles using a foam roller and small squishy ball. The perfect way to start your week.

Intermediate Level Class

Tuesday

9:30 am – 10:30 am EST

Beginner/Restorative

This class will focus on breath, mindful movement and stretching your muscles. A slow and steady class leaving you feeling restored and energized. A band and large towel are required.

Beginner Level Class

Wednesday

9:30 am – 10:30 am EST

Advanced Pilates with the Ball

Challenge yourself in this full body strength training Pilates class. A little bit of cardio is sprinkled in to keep the heart rate up. All you need is a large exercise ball and some light weights are optional. 

Advanced Level Class

Friday

9:30 am – 10:30 am EST

Band and Weights

A dynamic Pilates class using a band and light weights to work your core, glutes and improve your posture. Participate weekly to improve full body strength and balance.
