Christine is a certified Pilates instructor. She has been teaching Pilates since 2015. She has dedicated her career to helping people feel their best through movement. She believes it’s never too late to be fit, healthy and strong! Her goal is to empower others to become stronger and healthier so they can live their best life.
After seeing a transformation in her own body by adopting a regular Pilates practice, she hopes to help others improve their physical health as they go through the changes in life. Christine has completed various continuing education courses with Pilates Method Alliance and Body Harmonics. She lives in a quaint town in Southern Ontario with her husband and 2 teenage daughters.

Foam Roller & Small Squishy Ball
Feel energized from head to toe in this dynamic Pilates class. Lengthen and strengthen your muscles using a foam roller and small squishy ball. The perfect way to start your week.
This class will focus on breath, mindful movement and stretching your muscles. A slow and steady class leaving you feeling restored and energized. A band and large towel are required.
Advanced Pilates with the Ball
Challenge yourself in this full body strength training Pilates class. A little bit of cardio is sprinkled in to keep the heart rate up. All you need is a large exercise ball and some light weights are optional.
Band and Weights
A dynamic Pilates class using a band and light weights to work your core, glutes and improve your posture. Participate weekly to improve full body strength and balance.
