What’s Included In This Series

4 Online Pilates Classes

Join me Live via Zoom for a series of gentle Pilates classes weekly from 9:30am to 10:30am EST every Tuesday in May (May 7, 14, 21 & 28th)

All levels welcome

Classes will be a mixed level and modifications will be given throughout. Props required include a band and 1 or 2 lbs weights.

Healthy Eating

This series includes a 4 week simple and nutritious meal plan. Recipes use under 8 ingredients and are created by a Certified Nutritionist. Weekly grocery list included.

Classes feature a blend of balance, core, and full-body exercises. During classes I provide feedback on form. Stay for Q&A sessions after class.

Note: All Live classes will be recorded and available for replay for the month. You will receive access to a password protected webpage to view all recorded classes and access to the recipe resources.

No. Because this is a brand new way to work with me – I’m not sure when/if I’ll offer it again.

This program is a mixed level series. I will offer modifications throughout to ensure you are moving a pace that feels good for you. 

All Pilates classes are recorded and available for replay until the first week of June.

The Q&A sessions will be after the Live Online Pilates classes. Feel free to ask me live on the call or email me beforehand with any questions you may have. 

No. The Spring into Health Series is not affiliated with my On Demand Studio. 

Doors to this series close May 6th and is limited to a specific number of registrants.
